About

Katherine (Kat) Labombarde (la-BOMB-bard) is the founder of SEE Impact Consulting LLC. She is an expert in program and account management, stakeholder-driven approaches, impact measurement, and delivering strategic insights for innovative solutions and operational effectiveness. She has worked in complex operating environments worldwide, including dozens of countries in Africa and Asia.

As a Climatebase Fellow, Kat heard the same refrain across industries: climate change is no longer a technical problem, it's a people problem. That cemented the value and urgency of her expertise in navigating environmental + social and business goals.

Kat also developed a niche in cross-sector collaboration while working at Resonance. By harnessing the respective assets across the private, public, and third sectors, we can unstick and scale up the transformative solutions that are already on the table.

As a lifelong learner, Kat brings cross-cutting experience in mitigation and adaptation:

She holds a master's degree in sustainable development, further drawing on coursework in global economics, renewable energy, green cities and urban resilience, policy and governance, statistics, and frameworks and methods in corporate sustainability.
